Hello All! Excited to be back on my blog finally! I did a little makeover and I’m very excited to post my recipes on here regularly! So much has happened since I last posted in May. I graduated with my Associates in Advertising Marketing Communication, I am still attending school to receive my Bachelors Degree, and I also enrolled in IIN- Institute for Integrative of Nutrition which has been amazing. I’ve been mesmerized by each lecture that are each more fascinating than the next. As a bonus, I am now able to share my knowledge with you all in my Health Coaching Services! Plus a million other things have happened but I’ll save that stuff for another post! A couple of months ago I did a cooking class with teenagers. It was so amazing to see kids so interested in eating a cleaner more plant-based diet. I know when I was 15 that was not on my mind. I did know ice cream was! So I knew this would be the perfect kid friendly dessert to make with them. I wanted to show them how easy it was to make a rich and satisfying dessert with all healthy ingredients. It’s so important to get kids comfortable in the kitchen… There is such an accomplishing feeling knowing you made something by yourself!
