Fitness is not only my hobby but also my passion. I’ve completed the Ironman, multiple marathons, triathlons as well as several other races and fitness challenges. But as much as I love fitness, knowing how to nourish the body with the best ingredients possible is my area of expertise and I’m so excited to share my recipes with you.
The Running on Veggies brand has been the foundation of my career as a Holistic Nutrition Coach for over a decade. Currently, I’m the Adidas Runners’ Nutrition Coach, where I coach and educate athletes of all levels, from beginners to Olympians, on how to nourish their bodies to their full potential with plant-forward ingredients.
Here with Running on Veggies, I share the same nutrition science and information that I’m coaching to my clients, and it’s where they come for their favorite clean eating recipes and tips to feel their best every day.

Where did Running on Veggies all begin?
Running on Veggies has been my brand, since believe it or not, high school! The whole idea and passion behind the brand began after my journey of recovering from cancer at the age of 14 and discovering my love for running.
During my senior year of high school, I signed up for a half marathon to raise money for the cancer center that had helped me so much during my treatment. After training for this half marathon, I fell in love with running. There was something about the energy of the race and being with a group of people all united by the same purpose.
The running then ignited my curiosity to begin fueling my body with healthy ingredients and ultimately to a plant-forward lifestyle. This is exactly when I started my famous date energy ball and protein balls business, way before they were a widely known and popular recipe!
From there, I was inspired to create the Running on Veggies blog and the rest is history! I became a certified Holistic Nutrition Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition after college and have been coaching athletes and clients on plant-forward eating ever since.
I’m a born and raised New York City girl, still living in the center of it all with my husband and about 50 pairs of running shoes. We live near my favorite farmers’ market in the world, Greenmarket, where you can find me almost every day. Join me on this journey to finding your best self through plant-based meals!
